This walnut liqueur is made from an old family recipe. Using modern techniques while honouring tradition, organic green walnuts from our own plantation were added to a two-year plum distillate aged in oak barrels. Enriched with family-recipe additions, left to bask in sunlight for over a month, then returned to the oak barrel for at least six months. Sweetened with honey from our own bees.
